Mr. Ashiq Bhat is a dynamic and forward-looking professional known for his strong strategic vision and his commitment to advancing the renewable energy sector. As a leader, he combines deep industry understanding with a passion for innovation, allowing him to guide teams toward sustainable growth and impactful results. With a solid academic foundation that includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and a Bachelor in Business Administration – IT Management (BBA-ITM), SAP b1, Mr. Bhat brings a balanced blend of managerial insight, analytical thinking, and people-centric leadership. His approach focuses on operational excellence, empowering teams, building organizational agility, and creating long-term value for stakeholders. He strongly believes in fostering a culture built on collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centric thinking. Orion Valley Solar Private Limited, a company dedicated to promoting sustainable and renewable energy solutions. With a strong academic background and valuable corporate experience, she brings a balanced blend of scientific knowledge and financial expertise to the renewable energy sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Chemistry, which has provided her with a solid analytical and technical foundation. She further enhanced her professional capabilities by completing a Postgraduate qualification in Banking & Finance, enabling her to effectively manage financial planning, project structuring, and business strategy. Prior to assuming her leadership role, Ms. Qaisar Jan gained two years of corporate experience working with leading private sector banks, During this period, she was involved in banking operations, customer relationship management, and financial services, gaining practical exposure to corporate governance, compliance, and performance-driven environments. As Managing Director, she continues to guide Orion Valley Solar Private Limited with a focus on innovation, financial discipline, and contribution to India’s renewable energy goals.
